We think the state and city should trade places so they make more sense
locationally. The use of tabs is nice and the search results give useful feedback and are, usually, give many results for the user.

We couldn't help but notice the Advanced Options tab, what do you intend to do with this?

With to regard city/state order:

We can possibly come up with a way to put the state first, but we'd have to think about how to do that. We don't want it to say "Help me find an entry level IT job in the state of
_________, within ___________ milesof ________" because that implies that you want to restrict your search by state, when in reality, we want to restrict results by distance. For example, Cleveland, Ohio is closer to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
than it is to Toledo, Ohio, even though the closer cities are in two
different states. If you have any suggestions about this, let us know.

With regard to the advanced options:

The color changer is being moved to that section, along with optional search parameters, primarily focused on housing, such as renting or owning, and the price range you are looking for.
